Project manager with many years of experience in project management in the field of sales, purchasing and logistics process optimization.

The portfolio of implemented projects includes the implementation of CRM systems to support sales, customer support and marketing, among others, in the segments of manufacturing, telecommunications and utility companies. Projects focused on cost reduction were mainly aimed at the computerization of purchasing both within companies and between business partners.

Previously, he worked as a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and later as a line and project manager at Český Telecom. He is a certified project manager according to the PMP standard.

He has spent 25 years in middle and senior management roles in B2B, B2C and B2G markets. He has experience in sales and customer service management, strategic marketing, product management, manufacturing and implementation of products and services.

From 1994 to 2018, he worked for Eurotel Praha, ADW Třebíč, Asseco CE Praha, Klima Prachatice and PEBAL Nýřany. These companies operate in the sectors of telco, agriculture, trade, information systems development, engineering and manufacturing.

In recent years, the company has focused on business innovation and robotization/automation of operations (I 4.0), improving product management.

Martin Bek

A top manager with experience in managing a range of corporate processes from finance, purchasing and logistics to security and human resource management.

From 1996 to 2014 he worked his way up through the top management structure of Český Telecom, Eurotel and Telefonica O2. Since 2006 member of the Board of Directors of Telefonica O2 and Executive Director for Support Services.

He also benefits from his previous consulting experience in tax advisory, mergers and acquisitions (Deloitte and Touche and Mazars). In recent years he has been involved in management consulting and management of his companies.
