3D models
Matterport technology allows the workspace to be captured by an advanced 3D camera and a digital model of the physical environment to be created.
This model is then:
- published internally or externally as a 3D interactive model or video
- converted into a 2D (floor plan) and/or 3D model (Point Cloud format) and then imported into AutoCAD applications for subsequent project processing
- transferred to the Vuforia development environment for further processing, where it is
enriched with additional digital data, e.g.:
- design or operational data of the installed equipment
- virtual location of newly planned equipment

- building management:
- capturing actual equipment, ability to accurately measure buildings without physically visiting them, support for maintenance planning processes, staff training, etc.
- construction:
- documentation of the actual state of the building for remote inspection by architects, building supervisors, etc., conversion of the real environment into project documentation to speed up the work of designers and architects
- insurance:
- capturing the condition of the insured object and the eventual damage
- retail:
- creation of a virtual showroom, a 3D plan of the sales area to facilitate customer orientation in the store
- tourism:
- attractive presentation of hotel and restaurant spaces, exhibitions and museum displays
- sale or rental of real estate:
- virtual tour of the property for a potential buyer or tenant
- 3D interactive model:
- with the possibility of enriching it with additional information in the form of text, audio or video on important points of interest (Mattertags)
- possibility to measure the actual dimensions during the tour
- placement on Google Street View (optional for a fee)

- making the model and any other outputs available to the customer for verification and inspection
- confirmation of the outputs by the customer
- handover of 3D SmartModel:

The price list is valid from 1 May 2020. The prices are without VAT.
Conditions and restrictions:
- for each size of space, it is assumed to be captured in one interactive 3D model - it should be one continuous space; in case of a request for creating more separate models, an individual price offer will be prepared
- the interactive 3D model is provided in the form of cloud hosting for a maximum of 12 months, subsequently, the hosting can be extended for a fee
- outputs in the form of videos and photographs are handed over once for further use by the customer
- the price includes:
- max. 1 photo per 20 m²
- max. 1 video (to capture partial objects from the model) per 50 m²
- max. 1 additional information (Mattertag) per 20 m²
- in case of increased requirements for the amount of additional information to the model, an hourly rate of 500 CZK will be applied
- placement on Google Street View is subject to a one-time fee of 500 CZK
- travel costs outside Prague are not included in the price and will be determined individually

- 10 rooms and more: 5%
- 15 rooms and more: 10%
- for order sizes over 20 rooms, an individual quotation will be submitted
- for each room size (room, apartment, etc.) it is expected to be captured in one video - it must therefore be one continuous space
- travel costs outside Prague are not included in the price and will be determined individually
