This information on the processing of personal data, prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "Regulation"), and also with regard to related regulations, explains what personal data we collect in cooperation with our business partners and how we process and protect this data.

In accordance with the Regulation, we therefore act as a personal data controller in relation to the personal data of our business partners - natural persons and members of statutory bodies, representatives and contact persons of our business partners - legal entities.
